Q: How can I check the status of my promotion application?
A: The status of promotion application can be checked as shown below:

• SAPT (Amended 2016): UMPortal: Staff E-Services > Service > Academic Promotion. If the application status is ‘At the BSM level”, you may send email to kp_akademik@um.edu.my for further inqueries.
• SAPT 2023 (Amended 2024): UMExpert  (https://umexpert.um.edu.my/) & eHR System (https://ehr.um.edu.my)

Q: How can I make a complaint if I encounter problems while applying online?
