Manage the application of pass and visa with the Immigration Department of Malaysia for expatriate/international staff who accepted appointment with Universiti Malaya.

Services Provided

Universiti Malaya provides services for the application of the following passes:

1. Employment Pass (EP) Category I, II & III
2. Dependant Pass (legal spouse and children below 18 years old of EP holder Category I & II)
3. Long Term Social Visit Pass (for unmarried children above 18 years old and parents & parents-in-law of EP holder Category I & II)
4. Professional Visit Pass (PVP)

The types of application that can be made under the above passes are:

1. New Pass (including Visa With Reference)
2. Renewal of Pass
3. Special Pass
4. Shorten/Cancellation of Pass
5. Transfer Endorsement of Pass (from old to new passport)
6. Transfer Endorsement of Pass with Duration Balance
7. Study Endorsement (for EP holder or children above 18 years old)
